The bins are wanted by the state committee ecology and environment protection.
They have received financing toward the cost of Sustainable Solid Waste Management Project.
To bid you:
must have experience of successful completed at least 1 similar contact valued at US$2.06 million in the last 5 years
have the technical experience and the bins have in production for at least 3 years, and a minimum of 20,000 units of similar capacity have been sold and been operating satisfactorily for at least 3 years
should be able to demonstrate that you can supply the size, and quantity of the goods in the tender documents
should be able to provide your company’s annual financial statements (balance sheet, income statement) for the last 3 years (2017 to 2019)
