CPI has installed equipment for the lab scale preparation of oligonucleotides at the MMIC site near Glasgow. To support this work a reliable and flexible supply of a set of reagents is required. This Tender will aim to supply CPI with reagents for the analysis of oligonucleotides by liquid chromatography mass spectrometry (LCMS).
The aim of this tender is to establish preferred and CPI approved suppliers of solvents suitable for oligonucleotide LCMS analysis in support of the lab scale development projects at the CPI MMIC site near Glasgow.
This includes some solvents and reagents required for the analytical characterisation of oligonucleotides, the main requirement is analytical grade solvents and their packaging. In Oligonucleotide the packaging required for mobile phases (Water, Methanol and Acetonitrile) is either plastic or borosilicate glass to ensure adducts are avoided in the analysis.
