Tenders are invited for the provision of a Sport and Leisure Management System. We’re looking for a system that will help us reach the next level in our operations, by improving customer experience on and off line, and by helping us to more seamlessly manage customer relationship management the awarding authority operate a number of sport and leisure facilities which include gyms, studios, swimming pools, sports halls, pitches, cycling track, golf, indoor and outdoor courts. The Sports and Leisure Management System will need to be able to manage bookings, memberships, invoices, Direct Debits, assets, and to enable the facilities to receive record and reconcile income, with an emphasis on online functionality for our customers. It is anticipated that there will be a three to four month implementation period to allow for a Service Commencement Date (system fully operational and in use) of 01/07/2018 (TBC). The initial contract period is 3 years, estimated to commence 01/03/2018. There will be an option to extend the contract for up to 24 months in annual increments, subject to satisfactory performance and business needs. The maximum contract period is five (5) years.
