A defence authority has issued a tender for 2 stator winding inserting machine.
The machines are used for inserting winding coil in stator.
The machines should:
be suitable for inserting coil into stator of large and medium sized AC and induction motor
have wedge feeding mode which can be set according to different motor
be capable of setting various lengths of wedges including feeding, cutting, forming and inserting into stator together with coil
adopt AC servo motor driving system, ac freequency conversion speed regulation system and pneumatic system
have the option of human machine interface (hmi) for the operator
have no deformation of stator, lamination, or insulation paper after insertion of winding into stator
have the option of manual loading or unloading
The machine specifications are that it must have:
stator inner dia: 100 to 150 mm
stator outer dia: 250 mm
stator height: 80 to 300mm
wire diameter: 0.20mm to 1.20mm (both copper and aluminium wire)
slot number range: 24 to 48 slot
dimensions of ball transfer conveyor: 8 feet by 2 feet by 2 feet
