Awarded contractors are looking for supply chain companies that can support in the reconstruction of healthcare facilities.
Following severe damage caused by El Niño phenomenon in Peru in 2017, the Department for International Trade (DIT) have signed a government-to-government (G2G) agreement with the government of Peru to support the reconstruction of the country’s public-services facilities.
The Authority for Reconstruction with Changes and the UK Delivery Team (UKDT) have launched a tendering process for all Healthcare packages (7 in total) and currently have awarded 2 of them.
All these packages include the full reconstruction or refurbishment (design and construction) of hospitals of different categories: I-3, I-4 and II-1.
The awarded contractors will need companies that can provide equipment for the health service units.
