Description: The Awarding Authority are seeking to appoint a Contractor for the supply, delivery, installation and commissioning of 10 Synergic Welders to include an initial one years warranty for each piece of equipment and training in the operation of the equipment. The Contract will also include four optional one years extensions for extended warranty. Tenderers must note that each additional warranty, service and maintenance contract (years 2-5) will be purchased annually at the time of availing of the extension and not up front at the time of initial order. Tenderers should price their additional warranty accordingly. SRC reserve the right to purchase up to an additional 4 Synergic Welders at the tendered rate within the scope of this Contract should funding be available. However, SRC cannot provide any guarantee that the additional Synergic Welders will be purchased, therefore Tenderers must not provide conditional pricing.
