Description: The requirement is for the supply, installation and training of an In-vitro Inhalation Exposure System which can expose 3D organotypic models cultured in 24 well sized inserts to small quantities of aerosolised compounds. This is expected to include supply of all required equipment, incorporating an exposure chamber, nebulisation system, distribution mechanism, housing for the 3D organotypic models and capacity to measure dosimetry. It will also include any required software and data acquisition device to facilitate delivery of the aerosol or analysis of dosimetry information.
