The contract will also include initial onsite set-up, onsite training in Specified Location, calibration, and maintenance plus ongoing support for a period of five years, to be availed of at the University’s discretion. The University reserves the right to extend the maintenance provisions under this contract and the purchase of additional External mixers until the end of the usable life of the equipment.
