The awarding authority wishes to invite tenders for the provision of an ultrasonic wire bonding system on behalf of the Advanced Manufacturing Research Centre, North West Group in Preston , Lancashire.
Scope of Requirement
The objective is to procure a ultra-sonic wire bonding system suitable for the bonding of copper and aluminium wires in battery modules for automotive, aerospace, space and domestic energy storage applications.
