Nature and extent of the modifications(with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):
Following three previous modifications to extend contract BSF-18-010 in September 2020, January 2021 and June 2021, the parties have agreed a further modification of the existing contract by extending the contract by two months (31.01.22 – 31.03.22) and increasing the value of the procurement by £550,000 to allow the current contractual arrangements to remain in place whilst a new procurement exercise (FMM-21-009) is completed. A VEAT Notice was published on 21.12.2021 notifying the market of this modification.
