This is a Prior Information Notice to inform potential bidders that the BSO Procurement and Logistics Service (PaLS), intends to issue a
tender to award a new Contract for the supply of Disposable Paperware on behalf of Health and Social Care in Northern Ireland.The exact
details of the Contract are yet to be decided, however for guidance it is envisaged that the scope of the procurement will include Paper
Hand Towels, Toilet Rolls, Couch and Hygiene Rolls and Facial Tissues.Dispensers for Toilet Rolls and Hand Towels will also be included in
the scope of the procurement, anti-ligature variants of these dispensers are also of interest to the participating bodies. PaLS wish to hold
Awareness Sessions for interested Suppliers at a location in Belfast to assist the Contract Adjudication Group in preparing a specification
that will fully meet the requirements of the Trusts and Organisations. It is anticipated that suppliers attending the Awareness Session
will give a short presentation to the Group. Specific information on the content of the presentation will be provided to interested parties
closer to the date. Sessions will take place on Wednesday 19th and Thursday 20th April 2023, if required. Should you wish to participate

31st March 2023 to register your interest. All future tender documentation will be made available via the etendersni.gov.uk website and
