Translink have a requirement for the provision of Corporate Footwear for staff numbers in the region of 3 500, across multiple remote sites with diverse operational, infrastructure, engineering and administrative requirements. Translink, comprising Ulsterbus Limited and Citybus Limited, provide all public transport bus services in Northern Ireland and also operate into RoI, GB and Europe. The fleet currently totals c. 1 284 vehicles. There is a unionised environment operating in 26 main depots throughout Northern Ireland ranging in size from 1 staff to 264 staff with a central maintenance facility in Belfast with 106 staff. NI Railways currently operates 43 local trains with 913 operating staff providing services on 4 main routes from Londonderry, Larne, Bangor and Newry terminating in central Belfast, along with a cross border service to Dublin in conjunction with Irish Rail. Current issue cycle frequencies are 12 months for corporate footwear.
