In Section I.2 it is stated that this procurement is a joint procedure and contract award is by a Central Purchasing Body. This contract is not a joint contract, it is a Central Purchasing Body Contract operated by BSO PaLS on behalf of the participants listed in Section I.1. Note: The award criteria was the criteria stated in the specifications, in the CFT or to negotiate or in the descriptive document. The estimated value as per the contract notice 2017/S216-448398 excluding VAT was range between 9 031 253,00 — 13 546 880,00 GBP. The total value includes the options of extending for any period up to and including 24 months.
