II.1.4) Short Description: The Association is upgrading the computers, monitors and printers at 65 sheltered housing schemes. This tender is for the supply and delivery of equipment only. This equipment will be joined to the Association’s WAN via broadband connections.
Tendering organisations are asked to provide quotations for the supply and delivery of 65nr PCs, 65nr monitors, 65nr multi-function printers, 65nr pairs of speakers.
The specifications for the equipment to be provided are detailed in section 3.0 below.
The Association has already confirmed that this equipment is widely available and will therefore accept no variations.

The cost of responding to the invitation to tender and participation in the procurement process generally will be borne solely by each economic operator participating. Any expenditure, work or effort undertaken prior to the contract award is at the sole risk of the economic operator participating in this procurement process.
All discussion and correspondence will be deemed strictly ‘subject to contract’ until a formal contract is entered into. The formal contract shall not be binding until it has been signed and dated by the duly authorised representatives of the parties.
