II.1.4) Short Description: Queen’s hosts a wide and varied number of events throughout each academic year ranging from drinks receptions, finger and fork buffets, conference dinners to celebration events such as Graduation, Weddings and high profile awards ceremonies. The customers and guests at each event have a variety of different needs and budgets and therefore the successful Economic Operator will be required to supply a range of wines to meet these needs.The University wishes to appoint an Economic Operator for the Supply and Delivery of Wine, primarily to Campus Food and Drink based in The Great Hall and Riddel Hall. The appointed Economic Operator will also facilitate the ad hoc requirements for Campus Food and Drink across a variety of locations within Queen’s Campus.
