Improvement in terms of efficiency, quality and sustainability to enable the Trust to meet the changing needs of the patient population, deliver financial and resource efficiencies, and reduce the Trusts environmental and carbon impact. The NHS are facing an increasingly complex and costly situation of providing care for a changing demographic including an aging population and an increasing number of bariatric patients.
