II.1.4) Short Description: NWSSP Laundry Services invites qualified suppliers to submit proposals for the provision of a waste water heat recovery system that will utilise the temperature of the waste water from the existing CBW to help heat the water required for each new load processed at the Llansamlet Laundry. With the Llansmalet laundry currently utilising fuel oil this should allow for a significant saving in utility usage going forward. The system will need to show live data that will present savings made and how the system is functioning. The system will also need to monitor and modify the pH wastewater discharge to meet consent limits. Installation of the system will not form part of this tender.
