II.1.4) Short Description: North West Leicestershire District Council is looking to procure various light commercial and passenger vehicles to replace its ageing vehicle fleet. As a result of, and in line with the council’s commitment to zero carbon by 2030, the vast majority of these will be alternative fuel vehicles. Therefore, the council welcomes tenders for all types of alternative fuels. Any diesel vehicle purchased under this contract must be able to run on HVO.
