The Institute will be making changes to how it meets equipment requirements within its network. This has led to the release of an ITT based on a call-off arrangement over a 3-year period (with potential to extend for a further 2 years).

Precise information on deadline(s) for review procedures:
The authority will incorporate a standstill period of a minimum of 10 calendar days at the point information on the award of contract is communicated to tenderers. This period allows unsuccessful tenderers to seek further debriefing from the contracting authority before the contract is entered into. Feedback information should be requested from the address in section 1.1). If an appeal regarding the award of a contract has not been successfully resolved the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2012 provide for aggrieved parties who have been harmed or are at risk of harm by a breach of the rules to take action in court of competent jurisdiction. Any such action must be brought within 30 days of the known breach occurring. Where a contract has not been entered into, the court may order the setting aside of the award decision or order the authority to amend any document and may award damages. If the contract has been entered into the court may only award damages. An economic operator that suffers or risks suffering, loss or damage attributable to a breach of duty under the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2012 may bring proceedings in the Sheriff Court or the Court of Session.
