Framework agreement for the supply and delivery of weather proof clothing suitable for staff working outdoors in a range of environments, from urban to mountain and throughout the year — including but not limited to — waterproof jackets, trousers, hats and gloves. Most of these items will require to have an SNH logo appended. A comprehensive list of items to be priced will be detailed in the Statement of Requirements issued to short-listed candidates as part of Stage 2 (Invitation to Tender) of this procurement exercise. Items such as boots, gaiters and specialist clothing are outside the scope of this framework.

Minimum level(s) of standards possibly required: Insurance Requirements (Question 4B.5.1) It is a requirement of this framework that bidders hold, or can commit to obtain prior to the commencement of any subsequently awarded framework, the types and levels of insurance indicated below:
Public Liability Insurance = 2 000 000 GBP.
Employer’s (Compulsory) Liability Insurance = 5 000 000 GBP.
Third Party / Product Liability Insurance = 500 000 GBP.

III.1.3) Technical and professional ability:
List and brief description of selection criteria: To assist in short-listing candidates, Question 4C.1.2 of the ESPD document attached to this Contract Notice will be used. Candidates will be required to provide examples that demonstrate that they have the relevant experience to deliver the services/supplies as described in Part II.2.4) of this Contract Notice. Candidates should provide details as per the text boxes provided under Question 4C.1.2 of the ESPD so that SNH may determine which candidates have provided examples most relevant to this contract opportunity (this applies whether candidates express an interest in bidding for 1 or both Lots).
This question will have a weighting of 100 % and will be scored on the following basis:
