At NGN the programme to upgrade the racking systems has been ongoing for the last 2-3 years. Swinton Technology were originally contracted to do this work as part of a compliant tender process. Subsequent contracts, for reasons of standardization have been sourced via Swinton Technology also for their proprietary equipment. This contract represents a continuation of this work and as such this requirement also needs to be sourced via Swinton for the same reason . i.e. consistency and standardization.
