Provision of Mechanical Handling Equipment (MHE) to Ministry of Justice. Over the next 5 years the demand for MHE within Her Majestys Prisons (HMP) and other MoJ bodies will increase and peak in 2021-2022.
Most of the equipment bought previously by HMPs in previous years will need to be replaced due to deterioration from usage. The proposed new Framework Agreement will give those Suppliers admitted to the framework, the opportunity to bid via a Reverse eAuction, or competition to secure any number of Lots.
