II.1.4) Short Description: Leicestershire County Council’s QuitReady stop smoking service is looking to procure E-cigarette kits to form part of the treatment plan for service users as part of their 12 week treatment programme. These will only be given to service users who are signed up to the QuitReady stop smoking programme and who are engaged with the service for 12 weeks or more and are receiving behavioural intervention with weekly contact from a stop smoking advisor. E-Cigarettes would be an adjunct to pharmacotherapy and will form part of the wider nicotine containing product offer. E-Cigarettes will only be provided to persons over the age of 18 years old. The QuitReady stop smoking programme intends to support service users quit smoking entirely.

II.2.4) Description of the procurement:
