The framework will begin on 1 October 2018 for a 48-month period.

TEBL wishes to establish a framework agreement for the supply of fixed price contract for non-half hourly electricity (fixing both wholesale energy and third party costs).
This will include & fix — CfD, FITS, RO, CM, BUSOS, Elexon & EII.
Approximate framework volume 20 GWh to 75 GWh per annum.
Approximate value £3M to £11.25M per annum.
This will be awarded to a number of suppliers who will take part in a mini-competition to meet the specific requirements of each customer.
