This Framework for Fixed Term and Flexible Energy Contracts will be available to universities and other public sector bodies.
The contents of this document are to provide such details, as suppliers may need to take part in the process of bidding through the use of a Competitive Procedure with Negotiation.
The framework will begin on 1 October 2018 for a 48-month period.
