II.1.4) Short Description: The Central London Community Healthcare Trust (the “Authority”) is issuing this selection questionnaire (“SQ”) to parties wishing to apply for admission to the Assistive Technology, Associated Products and Accessories dynamic purchasing system (“DPS”) under which the Authority may purchase assistive technology and associated products as well as accessories for these types of products.
The assistive communication service (ACS) supports adults and children with complex physical and / or communication disabilities. The service has been commissioned by NHS England to provide a specialised augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) service in central London. As part of this service, we assess adults and children with complex AAC needs. We provide AAC communication equipment and on-going support and maintenance for those that meet our referral criteria.
We will also provide support and training to local community teams who are working with AAC.

The Central London Community Healthcare Trust (the “Authority”) is issuing this selection questionnaire (“SQ”) to parties wishing to apply for admission to the Assistive Technology, Associated Products and Accessories dynamic purchasing system (“DPS”) under which the Authority may purchase assistive technology and associated products as well as accessories for these types of products.
The DPS will be divided into 2 main categories and several sub-categories as per below.
— Non-bespoke / Generic Technology Products:

—— Accessories (e.g. iPad cases),
— Bespoke / specialist communication products:
—— Tablets, Computers and Cameras,
—— Specialist Software,
—— Mounting Products and Switches,
