is lawful, by stating the relevant facts and, as appropriate, the conclusions of law in accordance with the directive:
Due to time restraints, the requirement being a one off order. The decision was made to Direct Award after benchmarking, which would ensure that we achieved value for money. We would run the risk of the furniture not being delivered by end of January 2024. Impacting on the service delivery to residents.
The Procurement for Housing Framework Agreement: “Furniture and Flooring” Framework Agreement had suppliers that we currently use within L&Q and offered the opportunity to do benchmarking , all suppliers on the Framework Agreement given opportunity to provide a quote.
