II.1.4) Short Description: Guinness serves c.70, 00 customers across England and responsible for sending all of these customers accurate estimated rents and service charge letters once a year. c.48 000 of these customers are also sent accurate actual service charge reconciliations for c.48 000 customers. We describe ourselves as a customer service organisation because it’s our customers that we’re here for. It is imperative that these letters are sent out accurately and on time to ensure that our legal and regulatory obligations are met.
The range of housing and services we provide means our customer base is increasingly diverse. We must provide services in a way that responds to this – and we must provide the right homes and services – recognising that expectations are changing all the time, and the ways in which technology enables us to respond in 2023 are likely to be very different.
Guinness is looking to contract with a partner to design and potentially print regular customer communications of service charge statements, with experience of providing large volume customised print communications to fixed deadlines. This opportunity is ideally suited to a supplier who understands the Housing sector and our customer base.
