The Ministry of Justice (MoJ), referred to as the Authority, which includes the HM Prison Service has a national requirement for the supply of sports
equipment and sportswear.
The MOJ delivers sports and physical activity through specialist PE staff who support and promote the lasting benefits of physical education to offenders. Equipment is used primarily by offenders but also prison staff and civilian
personnel including visitors to prisons. The range of goods categories includes badminton, ball games, cricket and hockey, fitness (including testing and assessment), football and rugby, footwear and clothing, indoor games (including snooker, pool and darts), table tennis and tennis and other miscellaneous.
