The design and provision of an Engine Test Cell is one of Northumbria University’s key deliverables under the STEM Project. The Engine Test Cell will be an essential component to enable the delivery of new undergraduate and an integrated Masters Programme in Automotive and Mechanical Engineering. The University is seeking a prime contractor to work in partnership with the University to deliver the following:
Phase 1 — Consultancy and Design; including full requirements specification
Phase 2 — Engine Test Cell Build (including facility support systems), Installation (including system integration) and Commissioning
Phase 3 — Induction and Training
Phase 4 — Ongoing Support and Maintenance.
