NEPO and YORprocure are looking to undertake Market Engagement to establish a compliant route to market to procure a development partner for the systems integration project. The project will seek to develop an all-encompassing system that can assist in the end to end delivery of the commissioning and procurement life cycle. It is expected that the system will deliver 4 individual, inter-operable modules covering the following key areas: pre-procurement, e-tendering, contract management, and spend analysis and associated contracts register and rebate collection function.

The aim of the consultations will be to provide advance notice to the marketplace for the potential future opportunity and to understand the service provisions currently available. NEPO and YORprocure are seeking to develop a high quality, intuitive system that will provide Contracting Authorities with better insights, meaningful data and unlock potential benefits across the commissioning and procurement life cycle. NEPO and YORprocure welcomes supplier involvement in the shaping of the resultant opportunity and market engagement meetings will take place between 10.6.2019 and 21.6.2019.
