Southern Regional College (SRC) is 1 of 6 Further and Higher Education Colleges in Northern Ireland and was formed as a result of the merger of the former Colleges of Armagh College, Newry Institute and Upper Bann Institute on 1.8.2007. The School of Hospitality and Tourism is a Grade 1 School therefore they are seeking to appoint a Contractor(s) with the capability and capacity to provide quality products which meet all industry and educational standards in order to maintain these awards. The contract will be subdivided into Lots and SRC wishes to appoint a Contractor for each of the following Lots:
— Lot 1 — Beef and Lamb Supplies;
— Lot 2 — Poultry;
— Lot 3 — Pork and Bacon;
— Lot 4 — Seafood.
The appointment will be for an initial period of 2 years effective from the 2.1.2016, with a possible 2 further 1-year extensions subject to satisfactory performance and agreement between the parties.
