We invite tenders for a 1 MWh containerised battery energy storage system, including a 250 kW Grid Tied Inverter and a second costed option with a 500 kW inverter these options are highly desirable. However, alternative readily available non bespoke systems that have minimum 1 MWh energy storage (250 kW – 500 kW inverter) will be considered as alternatives to the desirable specification.

VI.3.2) Lodging of appeals:
Precise information on deadline(s) for lodging appeals:The UoN will incorporate a standstill period at the point information on the award of the contract is communicated to tenderers. That notification will provide full information on the award decision. The standstill period, which will be for a minimum of 10 calendar days, provides time for unsuccessful tenderers to challenge the award decision before the contract is entered into.Precise information on deadlines for lodging appeals in accordance with Regulation 86 and 87 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015, the Contracting Authority will incorporate a minimum of 10 calendar days standstill period starting from the day when contract award was notified to the bidders. Unsuccessful bidders will be provided with a debrief in the award decision at the start of the standstill period.
