Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council (‘the Council’)’s current framework agreement for the occasional hire of small tools and plant without operator is due to expire and therefore the Council intend to establish a new framework of suppliers to commence in December 2020.
The framework period will be for 3 years commencing 1 December 2020 to 30 November 2023, with the option to extend for a further period of up to 12 months.
It is the Council’s intention to operate as a framework agreement containing multiple suppliers.
The framework is split into two lots for ease of reference:
Lot 1: Handheld and Non-Motorised
Lot 2: Motorised.

Please note: It is not a requirement for tenderers to be able to provide every item listed in the pricing schedule.
