The scope of this procurement covers the supply of signage services for all of our sites as well as display aids. We are seeking to award to a maximum of 2 suppliers who are able to provide an end-to-end service for the whole Thames Water region.
The specification detailing our service requirements will be provided as part of the ITN.
Anticipated volumes and spend are as per the below:
— 2 500 sites will be covered by this agreement for the supply of signage items and services,
— the number of signs can vary significantly but there are generally in excess of 35 000 signs ordered per year.
Thames Water intends to award a framework agreement for an initial term of 3 years with options to extend up to a maximum term of 6 years.
