The North of England Commercial Procurement Collaborative (NOE CPC), (the Authority) is issuing this invitation to tender (ITT) in connection with the competitive procurement to establish a framework agreement for Cleaning and Janitorial Supplies.
The resulting Framework agreement will be accessed by entitled organisations (‘Participating Authorities’) as listed in Annex 2 at any point during the period of the Agreement.
