This tender is for the supply, installation and commissioning of a multiphoton scanning confocal microscope, which will primarily be used for both standard and deep tissue imaging of live and fixed drosophila embryos.
The system should be capable of imaging all major synthetic fluorochromes such as alexa-405, alexa-488, alexa-568 and alexa-647; and be able to image the following fluorescent proteins: YFP; GFP and mCherry.
