This notice is a Call for Competition in Accordance with Public Contracts Regulations 2015 Article 48 (5).
It is intended that the contract will be awarded by restricted procedure without further publication of a call for competition and invites interested economic operators to express their interest by the deadline of 22.8.2016.
Please note that all companies must attend the market engagement event scheduled for 9.9.2016 where companies will be required to provide a presentation to various specialist clinical staff and provide demonstration and sample products.

VI.3) Additional information:
The Trust is to hold a market engagement event on the morning of Friday, 9.9.2016 to allow the various specialist clinical staff to view equipment by attendee companies and to provide feedback on the equipment and potential benefits within their areas.
The structure of this event will be to allow for a small presentation of 5-10 minutes depending on the number of attendees by each of the companies on a rolling loop to account for differing staff availability during the morning. This presentation should be focused on the clinical benefits of company’s equipment and not present commercial information. Slots within the process will be allocated on a random basis.
As well as the presentation we are asking for availability of demonstration equipment to be made available.
