The framework agreement will cover the period from 1.2.2018 to 31.12.2019 with 2 options to extend for an additional 12 months (2 + 1 + 1). The maximum contract period will therefore be 4 years, from 1.2.2018 to 31.12.2021.

YPO will incorporate a standstill period at the point of notification of the award of the contract is provided to all bidders.
