Nature and extent of the modifications(with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):
Increase of the initial contract value from £150,000 to £166,976.45 (ex VAT) to allow for supply, delivery, unpacking and installation of additional devices, with warranties inclusive of servicing, maintenance, parts (other than consumables), labour and product repair.

The additional goods and services required in this instance are based on the specifications and contract conditions in the initial contract, which will ensure new devices are consistent with equipment already provided to HCC and will reduce any duplication of costs in terms of training of HCC staff and contract management.
