A tender has been issued for multi vans needed by a sustainable solid waste management project.
You should be able to supply 13 service vehicles (multi vans).
To bid you should have:
Contractual experience
You should have successfully completed within the last 3 years (2018 to 2020) as a main supplier, at least one contract similar in scope and valued at US$728,000
Technical experience
The trucks should have been in production for at least 3 years (2018 to 2020) and:
a minimum of 39 units of similar capacity should have been sold
been operating satisfactorily for at least 3 years (2018 to 2020)
Production capacity
You should be able to demonstrate that you can supply the type, size, and quantity of the goods required.
Financial situation
You should be able to demonstrate your financial position showing long-term profitability by providing audited annual financial statements (balance sheet, income statement) for the last 3 years (2018 to 2020).
Size of operation
You should be able to demonstrate an average annual turnover of (converted into US dollars) equivalent to US$1,365,000 calculated as total payments received by you for contracts completed or under execution over the last 3 years (2018 to 2020).
Cash flow capacity
You should demonstrate the availability of finances sufficient to meet any possible cash flow requirement that may arise carrying out of the contract, which is US$341,000.
