A tender has been issued by a local authority for supply of venlafaxine (hydrochloride) extended release capsules.
You must be able to supply venlafaxine (hydrochloride) extended release capsules, in a blister or strip pack.
It wants:
2,300,000 capsules or a minimum of 1,610,000 capsules of 37.5mg
3,800,000 capsules or a minimum of 2,660,000 capsules of 75mg
3,200,000 capsules or a minimum of 2,240,000 capsules of 150mg
Immediate container and all levels of packaging must include an English translation.
You will need to provide:
an estimated chemical analysis test frequency of once per year with 1 pack, where each pack containing no less than 60 capsules
an estimated biological test frequency of once per year with a quantity of 20g to 30g
The generic name must be prominently displayed on the product label in a clear and conspicuous manner.
The expiry date should be in English and/or Arabic numerals in a clear and comprehensible format.
They should have a shelf life of at least 18 months from the date of delivery.
The contract is for 3 years with a possible extension of up to 24 months.
