Quotations are required from suitable suppliers of caravan/ lodge decking to provide high quality decks to a development of 10 glamping pods and 4 safari tents. These will typically measure 6m wide x 4m deep for the glamping pods and 4m wide x 3m deep for the safari tents. They are to be decked with non-slip millboard or similar decking (not timber) and are to be provided with glass balustrades within chrome or stainless steel uprights and clamps. There will be steps required also.

Estimated value of requirement: It is anticipated that the typical value of each deck will be circa £25k amounting to a total of £300/ £350k order value and the quotation will be for supply, delivery and erection on prepared bases by others.

Total quantity or scope of tender
The high quality requirement for these decks stems from the fact that The Plassey Leisure Park is a highly acclaimed touring and static caravan park in Eyton Nr Wrexham and this particular development is to add another tier of offer to guests to maintain the high quality which has been achieved so far through past developments.
Minimum standards and qualification required
Previous experience within the caravan/leisure park industry with a minimum of 5 years experience.
