2. A minimum quantity of 88,200 ampoules/vials of Vitalipid N Adult (or equivalent) injection, 10ml, preservative free.
Each ml contains:
Retinol 99 mcg
Ergocalciferol 0.5 mcg
Alpha-tocopherol 0.91 mg
Phytomenadione 15 mcg
Requirements are:
the immediate container and all levels of packaging of the actual sales pack must include an English translation
the expiration date must be expressed in English and/or Arabic numerals in a clear and comprehensible format
A 3 year contract with a possible extension of up to 24 months.
