Bonus Arena, Hull

Bonus Arena is located between Hull City Centre and the Humber estuary, occupying a brown field site that was bombed during the Second World War. The new development comprises a flexible 3,500 person capacity music, theatre, conference and exhibition venue together with a new 350 space multi-storey car park, which replaces an existing concrete carpark that was beyond economic repair.

The new venue will revitalise and reconnect the heart of the city centre by providing a link between the historic Old Town, the 1950s-built ‘new town’ and the city’s transport interchange and St. Stephen’s shopping centre. The aim is to provide an iconic landmark for visitors travelling to and through the city, as well as offering conference delegates and gig-goers spectacular views of Hull Marina.
