National Highways tries out a ‘Spot’ of innovation with survey work

Together with AECOM and BAM Ritchies, National Highways are exploring how we can use Boston Dynamics’ robotic dog Spot to enhance geotechnical monitoring and survey inspections. The cutting-edge technology is currently being trialled on differing terrain across National Highways’ South West road network.
