Ordsall Chord cascade placement
The final eye-catching piece of the Ordsall Chord, which will improve connectivity across the north of England, was lifted into position in August 2017.Two steel cascades, weighing 40 tonnes, were installed, completing the last part of the UK’s first network arch bridge.
