The Awarding Authority has been formed through the ‘statutory amalgamation’ of Paragon Community Housing and Asra Housing Group. They provide housing across the Specified Location offering range of housing solutions from affordable rent, independent living to shared ownership to those in need. With a combined experience of over 40 years, they now manage 24,000 homes. The newly formed Awarding Authority is seeking to procure an effective and configurable CRM system to be integrated with their telephony, self-service provision and knowledge base systems in order to maintain high standards. PLEASE NOTE: The Awarding Authority are holding a ‘Discovery Day’ on the 27th July 2017 to provide an opportunity for suppliers to seek clarifications on this project.
