LPW Technology signs Venture Fields deal
Advanced manufacturing company LPW Technology has signed a deal to take 70,000 sq ft at Merseyside’s Venture Fields development.Located within the Widnes Waterfront regeneration area, the masterplan comprises an 11-acre site which is being developed into a leisure, distribution and manufacturing scheme.The facility being built for LPW, which is scheduled for completion in September 2017, will house its head office operation.National logistics developer DB Symmetry, working in a joint venture with Halton Borough Council, secured the letting.Portal Construction has been appointed as main contractor for the scheme and is now on site working with AEW Architects, Tier Consulting, C4 Consulting and KGA.B8 Real Estate and CBRE advised DB Symmetry on the deal, while LPW was represented by Aherne Property Consultants.
