Multimillion-pound development deal agreed
A £4.1m deal to create a new residential development in rural Derbyshire has been agreed.Joint venture partners nmcn plc and Brooklyn Ellis have signed a development deal for the former Park Farm Diary site, on Ash Lane just outside of Etwall.The project will see the creation of seven new homes, using the existing brick barns and farmhouse.Extensive remodelling of the former farmhouse will create a five-bedroom home. In addition, the existing barns will be converted to offer a mixture of three and four-bedroom properties.Work will also include the creation of new courtyard parking, landscaped gardens in keeping with the surrounding area and the provision of all necessary utilities.
